Youth Athlete Class
Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals. This course is offered for Youth athletes ranging from 7 to 17 years old. Message us for more details.

This is our newly established runner experience. This run club is not like anything else we offer. Have the opportunity to build your endurance while being involved in the community as a representative of Invicta. Come join us as we make a difference with our running.
Pull Your Weight ( Open Gym)
Everyone loves an intimate gym setting. We are currently offering limited spots for Individuals to sign up for our Open Gym. This athlete option is available to individuals who want to build themselves individually with no coaching. The open gym is accessible anytime except for Monday - Thursday 5:15 to 8:30 pm.
